- Does everyone on the trip have to pay?
- No. Pro Trip covers every member of the trip, whoever buys it. Pro Annual covers every trip its owner creates.
- Is there a subscription?
- No. Both are one-time payments. Nothing renews by itself; Trippin reminds you before Pro ends and you decide.
- What if I change my mind?
- Full refund within 14 days of purchase, no questions asked. Write to us or ask through Paddle's receipt.
- Who handles the payment?
- Paddle, our merchant of record. Paddle charges you, issues the receipt and takes care of taxes; Trippin never sees your card.
